Below are the current club swimming and water polo training times. The venue for these sessions is Salt Ayre, unless noted otherwise. Please speak to our coaches prior to attending any additional sessions.

Sunday

16:00 till 16:40 - Mini Polo: an introduction to water polo for those in learn to compete and competitive development.

Tuesday

19:00 till 19:45 - Land training at Bay Fit for athletes 15 years and older (additional charge paid directly when there). 

19:00 till 19:45 - Tactics and Legs in the tank for athletes who are squads 1-4 or u17's.

20.00 till 20:30/45 – Tactics and Legs in the tank for u13's.

20:00 till 21:00 - Tactics and Legs in the tank for u15's.  

20:00 till 21:00 - Swim Fitness session (seniors with masters and juniors with their swim squad).

21.00 till 22.00 – Water Polo Tactics and Gameplay (Seniors, u17's and invited u15's).

Thursday

19:00 till 19:45 - Land training at Bay Fit for athletes 11-14 (additional charge paid directly when there). 

19:00 till 20:00 - Swim Fitness Session for seniors, u17's and u15's not attending land training.

20:00 till 21:00 - Water Polo Tactics and Gameplay for u13's.

20:00 till 21:00 - Water Polo Tactics and Gameplay (Seniors, u17's and u15's)
